Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a few extra days.

We proudly ship to customers worldwide through our global fulfillment network.

⚠️ Please note: Delivery estimates for US customers apply to products fulfilled from US-based warehouses. Some products may be shipped from international suppliers, in which case delivery to the US may take 15–25 business days. You will always be notified of your estimated delivery time in your order confirmation email.

Delivery times may also vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.


Multiple Package Shipments

Since we source products from multiple global suppliers to offer the best variety, items in the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours. Use the tracking link in your email to monitor your delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Vivora is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority:

  • Lost or not received within 45 days → Full refund or free replacement
  • Damaged on arrival → Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos → Free replacement or full refund
  • Delayed beyond estimated time → Contact us and we'll investigate immediately

Returns & Refunds

This shipping policy works together with our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Lost order claims within 45 days of order date
  • Damaged item claims within 7 days of delivery
