Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at vivorashopping@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos of the damage to vivorashopping@gmail.com
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund
    • your choice

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll send the correct item at no extra cost.


Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
